Is there Page Level Filter different from Report Level Filter?

Page Level Filter and Report Level Filter work the same?

When I try to use Page or Report, I didn't see a different? Any one can help me to clear about it. Thanks a lot!

Your report level filters should be propagated through all pages of your report, your page level report shouldn't. If your report only has the one page then they're the same

Users can change report and page filters at runtime.  We use report filters to provide context for the report and have a rule that the users are not to touch them.  Page filters - we allow users to change and use them for "what if"... where the user can add and subtract items from the filter and see the effect on the report numbers.

@hoandatamaker - Each tab is a page and the page level filter only controls the page. The report level filters controls all the tabs/page in the report. The report filter supercedes the page level filters. One idea to test is that if you have BU's as  Dotcom and retail, set them as filters on the page level and see the difference.
