Usually multiple calculations (complex measures and calculated columns) in large datasets will consume much CPU and memory. You can refer to this link to see what processes are involved when running Power BI Desktop. You can also use some tools to monitor the performance.

@Norpriest , Configuration seems fine. But I most of the time used i5 and i7.
