Is it possible to create an ellipse on scatterpolot data?

I have a scatterplot on PowerBi and I want to add an ellipse (95% confidence ellipse).

Is this possible in PowerBI?

I've added a picture of an example of what I would like to try and do.

There is no such visual in Power BI.

It may be possible when you considering R script.

You could create such visual using R in Power BI.

Thanks for your response. I have created a static plot using R, but my requirements are to have a drillthrough into other visuals which isn't possible using R (that I can find info on anyway).
