I would like to add a symbol to my Glyph in a Charticulator Rose plot.
This symbol would contain a numeric label other than the categorical text that is used as the axis (Text or a text box would be anchored to the same custom guide so that is appears inside the symbol).
However, when save is clicked the symbol is automatically re-attached to the the centroid of the glyph.
For example, I attach a symbol to the custom guideline at the bottom base of my glyph. This is to give me symblols that are (more-or-less) the same radius from the center.
As soon as I click Save, the symbol is detached from my custom guide and re-attached to the centroid of the glyph.
Any text would be obscured.
The only possible approach that I can think of is to add a second PlotSegment for annotations (not tied to this plot segment). However, I cannot overlay a second plot segment.
One additional issue that I have noticed is that there does not seem to be any way to center a Polar Plot Guide on the canvas.
We are looking at Charticulator as a means of producing publication quality charts. Are there any tools or add-ons that would allow us to do this?
