Is it possible for the segment to filtre the whole report not just the field

Greeting all , 

im trying to make some tests on my report , i added a segment of Month name and i want to use it to filter the whole report not just the current page , when i use the Sync panel i can only change chart in other pages that contain the Month name only the other charts doesnt change 

is there a way i can filtre the other charts

You could enable the Sync slicer in the Sync panel for each page you want to work, and do not show the slicer for those pages.

For example:

I want the slicer in page 3 could filter all the page, then I enable the sync the slicer in all the page, and don't show them in other pages.

Filters in slicers are connected to the page. What you can do is to sync slicers between pages, so when you select April in page 1, April in page 2 of the same slicers will be selected too. The visuals will behave accordingly.
