Is it possible SUM hours through bars graphic to get average?

I have a table with aswer time of employees, so... i need make a bar graphic, to get a average of this aswers times, like this example in excel:

Hi @Anonymous ,

Power BI does not currently support to show time duration as "hh:mm:ss" in PowerBI charts. You can vote this idea to make it come soon.

One workround, you can change your data type to 'Duration' and put 'Time-copy' whose type is 'Text' in Tooltip like below.
