Inverse distance weighting (IDW) with DAX

Hi, I'm looking for create the inverse distance weighting in a Power BI grid using DAX, however without sucess. Somebody with experience on that?
Attached the model I'm using in Excel and first steps in pbix.

I'm able to obtain the results using M/Power Query. However I still not able to obtain the results using DAX. Using transformation queries and List.Generate function.

Follow the results (using linear distances, not great circle distance, to keep simple).

SUMX ( SUMMARIZE ( Sampling, Sampling[Sample] ), CALCULATE ( 1 / [dist^2] ) )

Hello @v-chuncz-msft, I tried to change the Inv formula however in my grid/map visual the results seems wrong. Should I make any changes in IQD, Z*Inv, Sampling[Z] formulas also?
