Interactive Title Connected to a date in a table

Hi,

I am new to Power BI and need to set up an interactive title which shows the relevant Q and Year of the data in the table. It's a top three and the date is the resolved date.  In this case it's going to be Q1 2021.  Please see the attached picture.

I have tried this new AI function and it gives med the correct quarter. However, I need quarter + date.

@Alisea_MI , You can create measure like this and use

Measure = "Top 3 problem resolved" & format(maxx(allselected(Table), Table[ResolvedDate]), "YYYY Q")
