Interactive Reporting

I'm wondering if I have the abilty to allow my sales team to use a checkbox to identify key cases.

In other words, I provide a sales report that shows all pending customers.  Currently they have to manually tell me who they think will end in sales for the month.  I would like to see if BI can allow them to simply check them off in the report so i can use the BI report.

I don't think BI has that ability but figured I'd ask.

Perhaps I just need to use power automate to do something like this.
