InfoCard marketplace visual - Display Units not working

The InfoCard marketplace visual for Power BI Desktop has a problem.  THe Display Units formatting option for the Data Label does not work.

@TeigeGao  See screen shot below - the result should be 94.1M.  In addition the visual cannot be "moved" on the canvas - only resized.

@TeigeGao  I have an interesting development.  I am attached to a Power BI dataset, so I cannot see the definition of the measure I am using in the Info Card - but when I created my own measure by simply referring to the established measure and placed this new measure in the Info Card the unit display settings worked correctly.

With that said, the standard card visual works correctly with either measure.  I may be able to contact the report author - but that is a "long shot".  If I get more information I will let you know.
