Individual and Group Average by Month

I have a chart with monthly individual user averages and another chart that shows the group average with a upper and lower limit.  I would like to figure out a way to combine both sets of data into 1 chart so I can easily see where individual users averages fall in realation to the group average and upper and lower limits.  See attached.

@brianfase

What I can think of is put two measures in one chart that includes line and scatter,  try Spline Chart.
