India Currency INR to USD

Hello! I am trying my best to convert the currency inside my Power BI report from USD to INR. The only way I have been successful is to change my computer settings to Hindi and that works but once in the desktop, it shifts back unless I change my browser settings as well. I tried to use the FORMAT function with the "₹0,00,00,000" but that did not work. The 1st is when I do not and it doesn't do the conversion. The 2nd visual is when I change my personal desktop settings.. Help would be amazing!

Have you looked at the Regional Settings under File > Options?

None of this works once I get into the service.. it defaults back to the US currency format for some odd reason....
