Index incrementation inside a group of values. Power Query

Hey Everyone!

Can't figure it out, how to find a solution for the next case.

We got a list of invoices, that content one or a few items inside.

And then we number a rows with INVOICES. If invoice has more then one record, it's number repeats.

The question is how to add such column in POWER QUERY (column B on the image), that will contain kind of internal index for every invoice? And it has to be started from 20 and increments by 20 for every next row.

New invoice - countintg starts from 20 again.

Please the image below

Any help will be highly appresiated! Thanks a lot!

Hi,

You could use the article from Radcad :
https://radacad.com/create-row-number-for-each-group-in-power-bi-using-power-query

If you want to start from 20 and increment by 20 use below M query in Add Custom column section :
Table.AddIndexColumn([Count], "Index", 20, 20)
