Independent Dynamic Text Field based on Page Filter or Slicer

Hello, I think my only solution will be to write for loop of some kind in R and then integrate that into my PBI; however, I wanted to ask here first. My business operates on a Region to Branch hierarchy. I would like to utilize one page with the below visual set up as opposed to a table (I know I can accomplish this in a table). Ideally this will be based on RLS at the Region level, but the principle is this. Based on a page filter or slicer, have the individual text visuals pull in each branch of the region once. The loop would essentailly be "Based on the region slicer pull the first branch name but if the first branch name is already shown on the page, loop to the next branch name and so on until all branches are selected for the region."

Again, I know I can use a table but wanted to see if this was possible for visual purposes.

As far as I know, the better workaround is to use table visual to do it like your mentioned. Seems that there would not be a comfortable custom visual to achieve it based on my search in the marketplace.
