I didn't find any warning or error in your screenshot. Please chech whether you have setted up Parameter correctly. And make sure what your data source is and whether it support Incremental refresh.
I have a test to set Incremental refresh in latest verison(2.99.782.0 64-bit (November 2021)) of Power BI Desktop and it works well. Please download the latest version from this link and restart your Power Desktop, then try again.
