Incremental data refresh not available

Data refresh seems to be grayed out. I have a pro license, set up/use parameters for the table and it is a premium site but enabling the refresh is grayed out.  Are there issues when connecting to Cloudera via Impala connection?

Do you mean "refresh" button on picture below is grayed out or not able to schedule the refresh through gateway?

The incremental option by table... I have a live connection to Cloudera via Impala connector.... Data gets refreshed weekly

If the Power Query expression for the table doesn't refer to the parameters with reserved names, the toggle is disabled.
