I am stuck in between while creating incremental refresh.

Incremental refresh option is not getting enabled.

The primary reason that the slider is not enabled is this:
"If the Power Query expression for the table doesn't include a filter based on the RangeStart and RangeEnd parameters, the toggle is disabled"
The column in the dataset has to be datetime (or an integer but that's a little more complicated).
It worries me that the table in your picture is 'date' - it is normally a Fact table.

Did you applied the parameters to your data or table?
If not, your incremental refresh won't work.

After creating parameters, you have to define a filter in Power Query which uses those parameters.
