Incorporating Levels within Power BI

How to Incorporate Levels within Power BI as shown in the diagram above. As seen in the above diagram, DSIT has a (+) symbol next to it and it has 4 components under it namely

1. DSIT business Support

2. DSIT Operations

3. DSIT Projects

4. Stretch (Spender)

 

The above levels have further components underneath it for e,g.

 

DSIT Operations has

1. COB-Specific 

2. EPF: ERP, Portfolio and functions

 

I want to represent the same structure within Power BI.

Can somebody help and explain how this can achieved pls?
