We have just noted that Power BI is not handling the display of axis details correctly:
Both visuals are of the same type with a maximum threshold of 100,000. As per picture the axis is not shown with the same length. The one at the bottom also has a lot of space on the left.
It seems to be potentially related to the length of the item strings on the axis.

That discrepancy is due to the data's length on Y-Axis. If you modify the Text Size of Y-Axis, the problem gets better,

Thanks Bilal but I don't think that's the explanation the settings on both y axis are identical. We did further research and this seems to be simply a bug that is caused by varying text lengths of the element names.
