Include change from year end in measure's matrix line

I have a matrix displaying multiple measures by month and dimension, like this one:

Apple

I'd like to add the comparison to the beginning of the year and the last month in the same table:

Fruit		Dec-19	Jan-20	Feb-20	Mar-20	Apr-20	May-20	Jun-20	Jul-20	vs Dec 2019	vs Last Month
Apple
	Measure1	100	101	102	103	104	105	106	107	7	1
	Measure2	210	209	208	207	206	205	204	203	-7	-1

Is there a way to do this?

I'm able to have them in 2 separate tables but the UX is really bad.

Any help is appreciated.
