Include Filtered Items in Totals

Hi, it is possible in a pivot table in Excel to include filtered Items in totals so if you filter out a value the grand total will stay the same. Do you know if this is possible in Power bi or if it will be possible in the near future? Is there a simple dax code I could use if this is not possible?

Create a measure this way:

Total = 
IF( 
    ISINSCOPE(Data1[City]), SUM('Data1'[Value]),
    CALCULATE( SUM('Data1'[Value]) , ALL(Data1[City]))
)

calculate(sum(Table[value]),all(Table))

@Rolosig - Perhaps, you could possibly use ALL in your totals row. See if this helps:
