In a column on how to fetch a set of word and bring it into new column

In the data set, we have a column as detail product as follows. 

Could it be possible to fetch only the first product name from the list 

 

Following is the list

I need to see the first product name in column-like Sendodyn, Biotene, Polident?

Just use Keep top rows.

First turn the list into a table.
