In KPI Visual how to change Color and Tick/exclamation sign based on the value?

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help me how to achieve the following requirement?

I'm using KPI visual to display the values with the target.for example, one person whose target to get 10 clients within 45 days but he got in 25days so In KPI visual I need to display the 24 as green color and tick symbol as he achieved his target earlier.

I couldn't achieve this in KPI visual, whether any measure will help to get the result?

for reference please look at the below image

The Days to collect column I'm taking the median value and I would like to display the median value with the target value

In the Format section of the Visualizations pane, you may select Color coding > Direction.
