Importing xls file from sharepoint

Hi,

 

i would like knowing if i can importing a xls file placed on sharpoint folder. I know i can do it importing all the files placed into the folder but I need read directly 1 file without combining. That's it!!!

Hi AlessandroBet,

Your URL is not correct. You need to use URL like below

You need to delete credential at first in powerbi datasource setting , then use above URL to see whether it work or not.

Or you also could click button like below, then it will open in Excel, you could cope the path in Excel ->File option, and you need to delete?web=1 in path, then click Ok, it should work.

Hi AlessandroBet,

It seems that you want to connect one Excel instead of all Excel files in sharepoint, right? If so, I suggest you could use web connection to achieve this goal
