Importing Excel into PBI

Hello,

I need to import an excel file from the web into PBI.
That excel file has text written over multiple cells and I need the text in every cell that it is written over.
It is a header for multiple columns which are under that text.
And I need that row as a column.

Is it possible to do that in PBI? Or is there another way to solve this?

The solution was to flip the table (make rows into columns and columns into rows) and then use the "fill columns" function and then filp again.

Then the null-cells under the cell that the text is written in are also filled with that text and when different text comes up the following nulls are filled with that text.

Hi PBIUser1316,

I am not clear about your requirement, if you want to convert row to column , you could try to click "Unpivot Columns" in Edit Queries.

In addition, if possible, could you please inform me your sample and expected output? Then I will helpyou more correctly.

Thanks for your understanding and support.
