Imported theme colours don't show up in conditional formatting (data bars or colour scales)

I have made one change to the default theme and imported the .json file. The new colour appears in the colour palette except when I go to conditional formatting (data bars or colour scales). 

Can someone please test this? I changed grey (5F6B6D) to be green (70AD47)
