I imported data from a postgresql database and I noticed there are a bunch of columns with either "Table" or "Value" embedded in a single cell (viewable only in Query Editor - the standard Data view doesn't show these columns). What are they and how can I utilize this in my reporting? (i.e. real world examples)

It seems that you have imported multiple tables.
You could select the "table" in the column you want to create a navigation step.

When you dragged, is the date shown as Hierarchy - year, Qtr- month -year. Check-in fields of visualization.
If yes, Then right click and choose Date.

I can't drag them onto the canvas since those columns aren't displayed in the field panel on the righthand side.
