Hello Community,
I've been testing a few things around importing existing PowerPivot data models into PowerBI. The import works great, but when I create a new bar chart based on the data, I cannot change the size of the vizual.
Is this a new bug? I have the March 2017 PBI Dekstop version installed. Any one else having this issue?
Hi @dj_storm,
I can reproduce your issue. However, after closing and re-opening Power BI Desktop file, I can change the size of bar chart. Please check if closing and re-opening PBIX file fix the issue in your scenario.
Besides, this issue has been reported internally to Power BI Team: CRI 33923598, I'll post back once I get any updates.
Thanks,
Lydia Zhang
Yes,
Saving and closing the report, then re-opening it allows me to change the size of the visual.
I posted yesterday in the regular community, but found this.
When importing a data model from PowerPivot, I am able to successfully transfer all my connections. When I create a new visualization from this data, I cannot modify the size of the visual.
Any help would be nice. I have the March 2017 64bit Desktop version installed. Is this a bug?
