I have a text file that is imported and refreshsed. The first 9 rows always need to be deleted. Can this delete be done systematically similar to how columns can be deleted using Transform data?

Yes you can delete the first X rows of a file as part of the transform step. Its in the ribbon under the button "Remove Rows" -> Remove Top Rows. You then just specify 9.
