Import of 05 tables with 20 million rows.

Hi all

Please could you help me with the following questions:

1. How can I get a team meeting with a Power specialist of Microsoft? one year ago I could do it, but currently I can't find the option.

2.  I have 05 tables that the data analyst has created in Oracle SQL. I'm using ODBC to import the table into Power BI, but each table has 20 million data and it is only data from the purchase of cell phone lines post payment of the last five months. What options besides grouping can I use? I don't see the direct query option when connecting to the ODBC .... The client is requesting data at the date level and that doesn't let me use groupings.
