I have a situation where I have a folder of CSV files I want to combine, and then I need to manually add a number of fields and data for each CSV file and effectively have that manual data linked to the data relavent to that file's data.
I have the Import and Merge donw, and have then created a second query just with the filename field with duplicated removed, but need to the have a way of manually adding data. Preferably also having Drop down or some field validation against a list for each field.
Is there a way of doing this OOB or would I need some custom dev?

Power BI is a visual tool. Not editing.
You'll have to provide the users a different interface to update the files.
