Import Data from Excel sheet in SharePoint

Hi, Is there a way I can use my Excel sheet as data from SharePoint online? I know I can connect a SharePoint List which I have done, but I'm having trouble using an Excel file from Sharepoint. Do I use Get Data > SharePoint Folder? I'm not having much luck with that. Thank you

Yes, use the SharePoint Folder option. You'll need to paste in the root URL of the SharePoint site/subsite, not the URL all the way to whatever nested folder you might be using. It'll give you a list of all nested folders and you can filter from there.
