Implementing Python Machine Learning Model on Power BI using slicers

I have an idea that I want to create a ML Model using python, implement that in Power BI as as sort of UI where the user will be able to use sliders or what-if paramater sliders which will then be used to output a prediction in a Card box

Is this something that is possible? I also do not have premium features.

Please let me know how I can go about doing this if its possible
