Image url is not working properly

Hello everyone,

I have tried almost everything but nothing seems to work.

My requirement was to display the image based on the selection in the slicer. So I had created a image url in column, but the issue is if nothing is selected then the 1st image in the list of the image url's automatically appears. Since i was not able to create the desired result in the column since I could not add the filter so I moved towards another visual called Image viewer for which I could use measure(with measure I could add filter in the measure itself). The measure I added the condition that if nothing is selected then show the image which is hardcoded in the measure.

However the issue is there are some  names for which no image is there and hence when that image is selected then ait appears like a broken image.

I have tried creating a measure and adding in the visual's filter while using both the column and measure.

Is there a possible solution for this where the cracked images do not appear if there is no image for that particular name.

Thanks for the reply @amitchandak, i checked out the videos and most of them has the issue with all the images which appear as broken image. for me few appear as broken image and few appear properly.i am attaching the snap of the image and a sample measure i had created.

Surgeon Image = (If(count(SURGEON[FULL NAME])>1,("http://mobile.s*****.net/*****app/crm/1****8/0/No_surgeon.PNG"),"http://mobile.s*****.net/*****app/c... ID])& "\" & Min(SURGEON[SURGEON  ID]) & "-ProfilePic.jpeg")))

I also tried to create a measure to add it in the filter of the image viewer-
Measure = IF(HASONEVALUE(SURGEON[image url]),""http://mobile.s*****.net/*****app/crm/1****8/0/No_surgeon.PNG")
