I would really appreciate some help on the issue.
I wanted to visualize an average line on the chart but to stay average for the whole dataset despite the filter. So I used the ALL() formula. However, when I put it on the graph, using the filter connected to the date the graph doesn't show only the chosed period so it looks like this:
And I wanted it to be like this:
I tried using ALLEXCEPT('Table'[date]) in the formula but its not workig as well.

All() and allexcept() only change the result of the formula by changing the context, which will not change the graph. So you need to use visual filter as @Greg_Deckler said. Or you can post your sample and formula here. Thank you!

Use a visual level filter perhaps? With your ALL. Perhaps some sample data and formulas would help replicate the issue.
