Ignore any slicer Selections on my Visuals.

Hi,

I need to ignore any selections on my below cards. 

The below Cards should ignore irrespective of any slicer selections on the page. How to acheive?

Average LTIFR for EMEA = 

CALCULATE(sum('EHS-LTI'[LTC]),'iMS4C Country Usage'[Region Code]="EMEA")*200/SUM('EHS-LTI'[WorkingHours])*1000
