If with a measure and column

Hello Community,

I have a question about IF with a measure and column.

I have a table with values. One of them is a measure and the other a column.

WPM is a measure (another column/column)

Taux dispo is a column

Measure : = If(MAX(Table'[WPM - Taux dispo]) > MAx('Taux'[taux_dispo_objectif]),unichar(128577), unichar(128578))

I would like to create a column that would say that If A is greater than B then Yes I can not do it because I have a measure and a column.

I read a solution here is the formula: But when I apply I have errors look the smileys some of them are wrong

Can you help me?

Dimitri

Hi @Milozebre,

Please try this measure:

Measure =
IF (
    [WPM - Taux dispo] > MAX ( 'Taux'[taux_dispo_objectif] ),
    UNICHAR ( 128577 ),
    UNICHAR ( 128578 )
)

Best regards,

Yuliana Gu

Hi @v-yulgu-msft

First thank you for your reply.

It's not working measure.png

I have several values in the column.

Hi @Milozebre,

Could you provide some dummy dataset that can reproduce this problem so that I can test on my side?

Regards,

Yuliana Gu

The Measure formula you provided, is that the WPM measure you discuss? Please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490

DAX is easy, CALCULATE makes DAX hard...

Hello,

thank you for the link, it's interesting. And it is reassuring to see that you follow that very closely.

Reading my message again, I don't see what is missing.

I speak of column and I quote (Taux de column)

I speak of measurement, I quote it and I put it on. WPM and his measure If(MAX(Table'[WPM - Taux dispo]) > MAx('Taux'[taux_dispo_objectif]),unichar(128577), unichar(128578))

So if you can show what's is messing...

Sample source data that can be copied and pasted. I'm not typing in a bunch of information by hand.

It wasn't clear to me that the formula was the WPM measure. I would have thought that the measure formula for WPM was:

WPM : = If(MAX(Table'[WPM - Taux dispo]) > MAx('Taux'[taux_dispo_objectif]),unichar(128577), unichar(128578))
