If then else old value

Hi,

So I want to transform data in one column in the following way but cannot find a solution.

In the cells, I want to erase part of the content in the cells. A lot of cells start with "Worked by" but following but a different name and I want to erase the names.

I thought about something like if (contains ([columnname], ""Worked"); "Worked"; show old value) but I don't know to not apply modification if the cell doen't start with worked by
