If selected value not working as expected

Hi all

I am trying to create a dax with selected value.

Basically if you select on the slicer either a bottler or facility, the dax should return 1, otherwise if you dont select both options on the slicer (leave them to All), it should return a 2.

The dax is:

If selected value = 
if(OR(SELECTEDVALUE(facilities[facility]),SELECTEDVALUE(facilities[bottler])),
        1, 
            2
)

The false statement works ok:

But the true statement doesnt work:

How can I get it correct?

@o59393 , You are not using selected value. Can try isfiltered or hasonevalue
