If condition does not meet in measure

Hi there,

I am creating a measure that returns a number if a specific condition met. Measure is shown in the following picture:

When I tried to plot the measure, it returns the null. I already checked the data types of the column and it looks fine. I am not sure where am I making the mistake. Any help would be really appreciated.

@Dunner2020 , I think there is an additional 0 in nominal_voltage 66000  vs 660000
