If and else

Hello,

I have a column called XYZ in an excel which has the values of 123, 456, 789, OTHER, EXPIRED in each rows respectively. How can i group or convert the (123, 456, 789) as ACTIVE.

Currently Power BI  will appear 5 bar charts of 123, 345, 789, OTHER, EXPIRED

When i add a Conditional Column, i do:

If XYZ equals "OTHER" then "Other Partners"

Else if XYZ equals "EXPIRED" then "Expired Contracts:

OTHERWISE "ACTIVE"

And when the Conditional column is created, the ACTIVE is not grouping the (123, 456, 789).

But i would need Power BI to show only 3 bar charts only such as ACTIVE, OTHER, EXPIRED.

Can you  please help me how to fix this?
