If Statement based on string value

Hello, Quick need have two measures. Measure A and Measure B. Want to write an if statement that if table[status]="PR" then Measure A else Measure B. Status has only has 3 distinct values in million row data set. So in theory for my measure.

TimelyMeausre=if(table[status]="PR",MeasureA, MeasureB)

Any help?

TimelyMeausre=sumx(values(table[status]) , if(max(table[status])="PR",[MeasureA],[MeasureB]))

check

TimelyMeausre=if(max(table[status])="PR",[MeasureA],[MeasureB])
