I appended three queries into 'SEN 1318', and my workbook size is about 450 mb. This last query has ~52 million rows. I read that I cannot delete the source queries but I want to know if this affect the performance or to confirm my idea that the data is being duplicated (a workbook with query '2013_2017' alone, only weighs 140 mb). Power Query version is 2.56.5023.1102 64-bit.
in edit queries, right click on the queries and uncheck "Enable Load", turning off enable load will not load data from querie in your model but will be only used in append table. Here is link for some more details aroun it.
