If Date is Blank

Capture.JPG
Hello All,

I am trying to do an if statement where if the date is blank return x,y.

I have tried using this formula and a few others but cannot get it to work.

IF ( ISBLANK(VALUES(Combined[ClosingDate])), 0 , [ActualGainOnSale] / [FinalAllICosts] )

Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks

Hi @kstudsrud,

Suppose [ActualGainOnSale] and [FinalAllICosts] measures, to create a if statement with a measure, please refer to:

Measure =
IF (
    ISBLANK ( SELECTEDVALUE ( Combined[ClosingDate] ) ),
    0,
    [ActualGainOnSale] / [FinalAllICosts]
)

Best regards,

Yuliana Gu
