Identify specific rows in my drill-through page

Hi Team,

On my viz page i have a drill through( points plotted by employess by time period) to a detailed page where - in i list a set of Resources from my sharepoint list who are either moderatotrs or participants in their lists.

For eg:- In the list GM1 "karthik" is both a moderator and a participant however my requiremnt is to give precedence to a moderator. also if employees are not moderators in their respective lists then they shoudl be listed.

so from the below i need rows 1,3,5,6 and 7. ( note:- same employees can appear in different lists like below)
