Identify sales office by colour on map

Hi,

I have a query which contains a customer postcode column and a sales office column. For each sales record the sales office is stamped with the particular location the sale was made and the postcode is populated with the customer postcode.

I'd Like to create a map with each postcode identified but have it assigned a particular colour depending on what sales office the sale was made at. Is this possible? Currently when I create a map with postcode and sales office I each location is identified but it contains 3 colours(one representing each sales office). As I say, I'd only like the particular office the sale was made at to be identified.

I've attached a screnshot of my work so far.

Thanks

Paul
