Icons with name and Color changes as per other column

I can use different icons and Icons name also can be visible with different color changes in tableau. I have tried conditional color formatting in power BI but it seems not acheivibale . Please look into the below screenshot. Data(1/$5 like this) using diff col.as per the flag the icon changes and that icon color changes as per item type. I have tried in power bi but could not do it. Any leads please.Coupon(CPN), Must Buy(MB),Open Buy(OB).Need Help

Unfortunately, as far as I know, there is no icon like the one shown above that can be implemented in Power BI.
