IF statement -Syntax error

Hello all,

I have the following statement (see image)

if statement.PNG

However I get a Syntax error. I cannot see what I am doing wrong, since the same formula worked for me on another dataset.

It seems >0 is not recognized.

Can someone please help me out?

Thank your for your replies. @PradipMCT and @Mariusz

However I still get the same error

This is what I have now:

Vacancy check = CONCATENATEX(DISTINCT('emptyspaces-report'[Unit Ref]),IF(SUM('emptyspaces-report'[Condtional Column]) >0,"No","Yes"),"-")

if statement 2.PNG

@Anonymous

Hope you're putting " (double quotes) and not ' (single quote twice).

Can you share the data file?

HI @Anonymous

It looks like you are missing a "," behind "Yes")
