IF for 0 and blank (DAX)

pls help, i have problem when creating Dax for this differencing between zero(0) and blank .

im willing to create similiar with table below

You can use ISBLANK function to differ 0 and blank. 

result =

var ok_check = IF('Table'[Remark]=0,"Check","OK")

Return IF(ISBLANK([Remark]),"NA",ok_check)
