IF conditional formating with 2 condition

Hi

How to create DAX IF for conditional formating with 2 categories

I tried this but give error

 

KPI_Points = IF((SUM(Sales[Points] ) && Sales[WO_Type] ) < (SUM(KPI[Points]) && KPI[[WO_Type] ) ,"Red","Black")

@Delion , if conditions are wring they need to be like the example

 


KPI_Points = IF(SUM(Sales[Points] ) <100 && KPI[[WO_Type] = "A" ,"Red","Black")

 

Change as per need.
